You may be able to browse, build, and buy as a guest. If account features are available and you create an account, you are responsible for keeping the password and access to your email secure. Contact mixnela if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for checking the email address, recipient name, shipping address, wrist fit, design choices, gift options, and other information submitted with an order. mixnela is not responsible for delays or fit issues caused by incorrect information that cannot be corrected after work or shipping has begun.

The Builder lets you select stones, bead sizes, fit, arrangement, accessories, and available gift options. The design attached to the paid order is the design mixnela uses to make the bracelet. A preview helps communicate the arrangement but is not a photograph of the exact physical beads you will receive.

Before checkout, review the design and fit carefully. Screen color, display settings, image scale, and the natural character of stone mean that a digital preview cannot guarantee an exact color or appearance. If a design cannot be made safely or a selected material is unavailable, mixnela will contact you to discuss an approved change or cancellation rather than silently substitute a different material.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout page states otherwise. The Builder may show a live estimate, but the server validates the design and price before checkout. The checkout page shows the item total, available shipping charge, and any tax collected through checkout before you authorize payment.

Payment is processed through Stripe and may be subject to the payment provider's checks. Starting checkout does not reserve materials or create an accepted order. An order is accepted for fulfillment after payment is confirmed and mixnela determines that the design, inventory, shipping information, and transaction can be fulfilled.

If a pricing, inventory, fraud, or technical error affects an order, mixnela may pause or cancel it and will explain the available next step. If mixnela cancels a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method where supported.

Bracelets are made to order after payment is confirmed. Because work and material allocation can begin before an item ships, a request to change or cancel an order is not automatically approved. Contact support as soon as possible with the order number. mixnela will confirm whether the request can still be completed.

mixnela may contact you when a material is unavailable, the design requires clarification, the shipping information appears incomplete, or another issue prevents reliable fulfillment. A delayed response may delay the order. mixnela may cancel and refund an order when the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

Available destinations, delivery options, and charges are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after made-to-order production is complete and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Tracking is provided when available.

The recipient is responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and for responding to carrier or customs requests. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling charges that are not collected by mixnela at checkout. Carrier delay, customs review, weather, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Made-to-order return eligibility depends on why the item is being returned, its condition, and any rights that apply where you live. The current Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains cancellations, natural variation, damaged or incorrect items, return authorization, and refund processing.

Do not send an item back without return instructions. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method where supported. Payment providers and financial institutions control how long a completed refund takes to appear.

Natural stones can vary in color, clarity, translucency, pattern, shape, and inclusions. These differences are part of the material and are not, by themselves, a defect or a failure to match a digital image. mixnela remains responsible for confirmed workmanship issues and for sending the material types and arrangement recorded with the accepted order.

Bracelets are wearable items and can be damaged by impact, stretching, chemicals, prolonged moisture, or unsuitable storage. Follow the care information provided with the product or on the site. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and changes caused by improper care are not workmanship defects, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Crystal meanings, intentions, zodiac references, and stories are offered for cultural interest, reflection, personal expression, and gifting. They are not medical or mental-health advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Do not delay or replace advice from a qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional because of content on mixnela. Purchase decisions should be based on personal preference rather than an expectation of a guaranteed health or life outcome.

Use mixnela only for lawful personal shopping and related support. You must not interfere with site operation, probe or bypass security, access another person's account or private order link, submit malicious or unlawful material, scrape the service at a disruptive rate, misuse discounts or payment systems, or use automated traffic in a way that harms other customers.

mixnela may limit or suspend access, cancel abusive requests, or preserve and disclose relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, legal rights, or service security.

mixnela's brand, site design, writing, product photography, graphics, generated previews, software, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Permission to use the site for personal shopping does not transfer ownership of this content or the Builder software.

You remain responsible for text and other material you submit, such as gift or support messages. You give mixnela permission to store, reproduce, and share that material only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

mixnela works to keep product descriptions, prices, previews, and site features accurate and available, but temporary errors, maintenance, provider outages, or display differences can occur. mixnela may correct site information or suspend a feature without changing the recorded details of an already accepted order unless you agree to a change.

To the extent permitted by law, mixnela is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, consumer right, or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

mixnela may update these terms when the service, policies, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. The terms available when an order is placed will continue to inform that transaction unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
