Designing your bracelet
Do I have to start from a blank bracelet?
No. You can begin with a mixnela starting design and change any stone, or open the Builder with a blank design and create your own arrangement.
Can I choose every bead?
Yes. The Builder keeps an ordered sequence of the stones and accents you place, so the arrangement can be saved and used for production.
What happens when I change bead size or wrist size?
The Builder recalculates the space available around the bracelet. Your design is adapted to the selected fit, and the preview and price update with the new configuration.
Can I save my design before buying?
Yes. Once the bracelet has enough beads for the selected fit, you can save it, reopen it, continue editing, and purchase it from its design page.
Crystals and meaning
How should I choose my crystals?
You can choose by color, traditional symbolism, a life moment, or simply what you enjoy wearing. Our crystal pages explain each stone in plain language and link back to the Builder.
Are crystal meanings medical advice?
No. Crystal meanings are shared as cultural and symbolic traditions for reflection and personal expression. mixnela does not claim that crystals diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions.
Will natural stones look exactly identical?
Natural stones can vary in tone, clarity, pattern, and small inclusions. Those variations are part of the material, while the stone types and sequence follow your saved design.
Orders and gifting
Is my bracelet made to order?
Yes. Your saved design records the bracelet fit, bead size, ordered stone sequence, accents, and selected gift options for the workshop.
Can I create a bracelet as a gift?
Yes. Starting designs make it easier to begin, and you can personalize the stones, colors, fit, and gift options for the person receiving it.
How do I track an order?
Enter your order number and checkout email on the Order Status page, and we will email you a secure link. Shipping updates are also sent when tracking becomes available.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact mixnela with your order number and a clear description of the issue. For damage or an incorrect item, include photos so the team can review what happened.
